Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms
By using Mozaicr you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy & retention policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What Mozaicr is
Mozaicr turns a collection of your photos into a single mosaic image — delivered as a high-resolution file, and (on the Masterpiece tier) a zoomable, shareable Gigapixel Mosaic plus a short social video. The product is digital. Physical prints are not offered at this time.
3. Your account and access
Access is by emailed link rather than a password. Anyone with your account link or a shared mosaic link can view what it points to, so treat those links like keys. You are responsible for keeping them private.
4. Your photos and the license you grant
You keep all rights to your photos. You grant Mozaicr a limited, revocable license to read, process, render, store, and display your photos only to build, deliver, and host your mosaic and its shared link. We do not claim any commercial license to your photos and we do not sell them. You can revoke our access to a connected cloud library at any time from that provider.
5. Your responsibilities
You represent that you own or have the rights to use every photo you import, and that your mosaic does not infringe anyone else’s rights or violate any law. Do not use Mozaicr for unlawful, infringing, or abusive content. See our DMCA policy for copyright complaints.
6. Pricing and payment
Mozaicr offers two one-time tiers: Digital ($75) and Masterpiece ($150). There are no subscriptions. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card details. Gift and promo codes may discount or zero out the price of a single tier as described at checkout. Prices and tier contents may change for future purchases, but the price you are shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
7. Refunds
You can get a full refund any time before your mosaic file is delivered (“delivery” means the finished mosaic is made available to download or view). After delivery we do not issue automatic refunds, but we will work with you — rebuilding with different photos, adding more detail, or swapping the main photo — until you are happy. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
8. Intellectual property
Your photos and your finished mosaic of them remain yours. The Mozaicr software, brand, name, logo, and the technology that assembles mosaics remain ours. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you beyond the right to use the service and your deliverables.
9. Gigapixel Mosaic hosting and end-of-life
Masterpiece Gigapixel Mosaics are hosted for ten years. If Mozaicr ever winds down the service, we will give at least 90 days’ notice and keep your purchased deliverables downloadable during that window.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Mosaics are an aesthetic product and results vary with your photos. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue.
11. Indemnification
You agree to cover losses we incur from your misuse of the service or from your importing photos you did not have the right to use.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for abuse, unlawful use, or repeated infringement. You may stop using the service at any time; see the Privacy policy for how deletion works.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s home jurisdiction (to be finalized before public launch), without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We will try to resolve disputes informally first — email us. Any formal dispute will be handled in the courts or arbitration venue named in the final, counsel-reviewed version of these Terms.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page; continued use after a change means you accept it.
