DMCA takedown policy

Mozaicr respects copyright. If you believe content hosted on a shared mosaic link infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at dmca@mozaicr.com including:

• A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• The shared mosaic link (/v/<mosaic-id>) you believe contains infringing content.
• Your contact information (name, email, and address).
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@mozaicr.com with the affected URL, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, your consent to jurisdiction, and your signature. We may restore the content as permitted by law.

Repeat infringers

We disable shared mosaic links and terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe, in appropriate circumstances.
